    How will this be administered on the 2013 tax return? If income exceeds various thresholds for year, but you have prepaid insurance will you have to enter the date you paid your premium? Can’t see it working any other way

    As Liam asked. Whats the story come lodgement of the 2013 tax return. The ATO website says any overclaimed premium will be claimed back as a tax liability. Can you comfirm?

    I too cannot see how any rebate included in a pre-payment will not have to be returned if you exceed the threshold at tax time 2013.
